ABF88 Terms & Conditions — Clear Platform Rules for Malaysian Members

By registering, accessing, or using any part of the ABF88 platform, you automatically agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions set out in this document. This applies to all pages, products, services, and promotional campaigns operated under the ABF88 name.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you are not permitted to use the ABF88 platform. ABF88 reserves the right to terminate your access if you are found to have violated any provision in this document.

This Bahasa Malaysia version is the official reference for all members in Malaysia. In the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the Bahasa Malaysia version shall govern the resolution of disputes for Malaysian members.

2.1 Age Requirement

The ABF88 platform is exclusively for individuals aged 21 years and above. This is an absolute minimum age requirement with no exceptions. ABF88 takes this obligation very seriously and reserves the right to request proof of age (identity card, passport, or other official document) at any time.

If ABF88 determines that a member is below the required minimum age, all activity, winnings, and balances in that account will be frozen and resolved in accordance with ABF88's internal procedures. This may include returning the original deposit without any winnings.

2.2 Account Registration

By registering on ABF88, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Required details at registration include your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. ABF88 reserves the right to decline registration or suspend any account found to have used false or incomplete information.

2.3 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active ABF88 account. This applies regardless of whether a different name, email address, or payment method is used. ABF88 employs an advanced detection system to identify duplicate registrations.

2.4 Geographical Restrictions

ABF88 is designed to serve members residing in Malaysia. Using a VPN or any other method to access the platform from a restricted region is a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension.

You are fully responsible for the security of your ABF88 username and password. ABF88 recommends using a strong, unique password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters — and to never share your login credentials with anyone.

ABF88 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat under any circumstances. If you receive any such request, please report it to the ABF88 support team immediately, as it may be a fraudulent attempt by a third party.

3.1 Account Activity Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested. ABF88 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account resulting from your own failure to keep your login credentials confidential.

3.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access

If you become aware of or suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the ABF88 support team immediately via live chat or email at support@abf88.best. ABF88 will take prompt action to investigate and secure your account.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit for a new ABF88 account is RM 20. There is no maximum deposit limit set for standard accounts; however, higher limits may be imposed by your chosen payment provider. VIP members seeking higher deposit limits may contact their account manager.

4.3 Currency

All ABF88 accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). ABF88 does not perform any currency conversion. If a payment is inadvertently made in a different currency through a payment provider, any exchange rate applied is the responsibility of that payment provider and not ABF88.

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• The account must have completed the identity verification (KYC) process at least once before the first withdrawal can be processed
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30
• Your withdrawal method must match your primary deposit method (for anti-fraud security purposes)
• All bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn

5.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

For member protection and compliance with security standards, ABF88 may request identity verification documents before processing a first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a certain amount. 6.1 Welcome Bonus

New ABF88 members are eligible for a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit. For example, a RM 100 deposit earns a RM 150 bonus, bringing the total balance to RM 250. The welcome bonus is subject to a 30x (thirty times) wagering requirement on the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made.

6.2 Wagering Requirements Calculator

As a straightforward example: if you receive a RM 150 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement, you will need to place bets totalling RM 4,500 (RM 150 × 30) before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. Bets placed using your own deposit funds (not bonus funds) do not count toward the bonus wagering requirement.

6.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each member is eligible for one welcome bonus only
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or redeemed directly for cash
• ABF88 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if there is evidence of fraud or promotion abuse
• Bets placed on sporting events with odds below 1.50 generally do not count toward Sports Betting bonus wagering requirements — please check the specific terms of each promotion
• Bonuses have an expiry date — typically 30 days from the date of credit — after which the bonus and any associated winnings will be automatically forfeited

7.1 Casino Game Fairness

7.2 Sports Betting

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled unless a match is called off or postponed by more than 48 hours

• Bets placed after the outcome is known by any involved party (match-fixing) are void and will be cancelled

7.3 Decisions Are Final

All casino game outcomes generated by a certified RNG system are final and are not subject to appeal. For Sports Betting, official results announced by the relevant governing body (such as BWF for badminton and ICC for cricket) are the results recognised by ABF88.

8.1 Self-Management Tools

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to keep your spending in check

• Temporary Break (Cool-Off): Option to restrict account access for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days
• Self-Exclusion: Option to permanently close your account if you feel that gambling is starting to affect your daily life

ABF88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member's account at any time where there is reasonable cause to do so. Grounds may include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of any provision within these Terms & Conditions
• Fraud, misconduct, or any attempt to exploit the ABF88 system
• Systematic abuse of bonuses or promotions
• Multiple account registration
• Detection of suspicious activity related to money laundering
• Self-exclusion request by the member

Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, ABF88 reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with the violation. Legitimate balances from cash deposits (excluding bonuses) will be returned upon completion of the investigation, typically within 14 business days.

ABF88 provides its gaming platform on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running smoothly at all times, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be available free of interruptions, errors, or technical issues.

ABF88 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from internet connection failures on the member's end
• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance
• Indirect, incidental, or punitive losses under any circumstances
• Personal decisions made based on statistical information or forecasts available on the platform

In the event of a verified technical failure that affects the fairness of a game, ABF88 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and refund the wagered amount to the member.

ABF88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on this page with an updated revision date.

ABF88 will endeavour to notify members of significant amendments via in-platform notifications or email to the registered address. However, it remains your responsibility as a member to check this page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest version of the terms.

Your continued use of the ABF88 platform after any amendment comes into effect constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with an amendment, you may stop using the platform and close your account.
